Domain expired

KAF's domain recently expired, so many people cannot currently access KAF. If you can, consider yourself lucky. The domain is in the process of being renewed, so the site should be up by the end of the week.

During this time, if you can access KAF, you may find it a bit empty!

Down temporarily

It does not seem as if any administrator is performing the database backup. The forums have been shutdown to maintain the database's consistency and to allow a backup to be performed.

More Downtime

Although all the backups have been restored, the server still needs a lot of tweaking before it can run.

Update on Downtime

We are down as a result of a swap of the old faulty hard drive with a new one. The main backup of the original hard drive's contents has been imported, but now we are awaiting the import of a more recent forum backup (last Wednesday). KAF may be up by tomorrow afternoon (PST), or at least so the website and not the forums.

Hard Drive Change

KAF is down because a faulty hard-drive is being changed. This faulty hard drive has been the reason for 95% of the downtime in the past few weeks.
